What will the evening be like?
Well you can join us LIVE via google hang out or you can purchase the recording and watch it at your leisure. I'll start off by giving a chat loaded with practical and spiritual tools for revealing how you can be your own poison and in what areas you are right now and then getting down to the most effective ways I've found to flip the switch in those areas and be your own remedy. I'll guide you through a few carefully curated meditations that you can take with you to continue at home. We will have time for any questions at the end and I'll give everyone a little homework to keep up all the progress we've made!
